Taylor Fly Fishing products are covered by a original owner lifetime warranty. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product only, and may not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover misuse, negligence, normal wear, fire, theft, loss or intentional damage. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. All shipments to Taylor Fly Fishing must be freight paid. Taylor Fly Fishing reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any product covered by this warranty. Discontinued products may be replaced with different models when necessary. Colors and components may vary between original product.
When sending products in for warranty claims, we highly recommend using a shipping carrier that can track and confirm delivery of shipments. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages on inbound shipments.

Nomrmal processing times are 1-4 buisness days once the product arrives at our factory.
The original owner will be charged a $50 fee for each repaired or replaced product to cover processing, insurance, and potential parts or labor. The maximum charge for repair or replacement is $50 not including shipping. Once we assess your product we will sometimes refund your processing fee (at our discretion) depending on the damage. Failure within one year of the purchase date will be repaired free of charge as long as the damage was not caused by customer error, misuse, or abuse (rod breakage is considered customer error as the rods are throughly tested for blank errors prior to leaving the factory).
